Project description: This retrospective study provides real-world evidence on how advanced deep-learning reconstructions (PIQE) plus retrospective CT perfusion might improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce downstream costs compared to standard reconstructions by leveraging existing CCTA datasets. Results could guide radiology departments and cardiologists deciding whether to invest in advanced post-processing software, clarifying its clinical and economic value.
